Dick Anthony Williams... one of the most underrated actors of all times.
He is really good UBM isn't he? I confess to lovin' "pimp films" as well. Sigh.
The one pimp film I haven't seen is "Willie Dynamite"... with Roscoe "Sesame Street" Orman gettin' his mack on.
I have to look him up on IMDB---I lament how these actors in the 70's never really had a chance to stretch

Shame on me for not knowing that, but shame on you for not seeing one of the perennial pimp movies of all time, lol :-)
You have to see it for the outfits alone....
Actually, I think he says "rap a taste"...but that's just semantics.
This movie is really well done...a cut above a lot of blaxploitation flicks.
Oh, my bad....haha!!! :-)
I guess that does makes more sense, even if it is less interesting....
