Oh wow, a poor kid from NYC down with the rich white folks. Her role in MIB went to her head.

Wow... that is a surprise.

I'd like to see her debate Kerry Washington.

I must first say that if I had a list of top hotties in Hollywood ... Rosario would be on the list.

Anyhow, Rosario was at both conventions advocating on behalf of Latino voters. My impression is that her group is sorta like 'Rock the Vote' for Latinos. I've heard her talk about it on radio in the past few weeks.

I imagine that she made the day for that white Republican delegate (smile)...

Rosario is a member of Voto/Latino(sp?). She did an interview at the DNC and she said she would be at the RNC too encouraging latinos to register and exercise their right to vote.

I saw this pic and instantly cocked my head to the side and said aloud, "WTF?"

Thanks for explanation, fellow commenters...I needed that...

Well isf she was at both advocating for latinos than it makes sense, but how seriously are you going to take somebody thats playing both sides of the fence.

Whew! Thanks for the explanation. I was wounded to think my girl was a dyed in the wool Republican.

I'm glad she's out there increasing voter awareness, but going to both the DNC & RNC seems pointless. Wouldn't most of those folks already be registered? The conventions don't seem like places where the less informed just decide to drop by after work to pick up a pamphlet.

@bygbaby: that's what I was thinking too!

@ubm: is Kerry some kind of political expert, or is this just a late night fantasy for you? lol!

@villager and nic: thanks for clearing that up, but I am still giving her the side-eye!

@ms m.: I don't care what her excuse is...i'm still saying that!

@clnmike: that's what i say! eff that tired excuse--she seems like she is just trying to raise her profile---why do you have to go to the RNC to encourage people to vote? It gives the imagery of advocacy if you ask me.

@db: yes, she is pretty, but i've always found her personal life annoying...(i'm sure she cares, haha!)

@wayward: see my comment to clnmike. i call bullshit!

I know H'wood is all about ultra-exposure of your image, but some things can do more harm than good, case in point.

I still can't hate on Rosario tho, maybe cuz I still hope to be a one night blip in that annoying personal life of hers. lol!

I sort of figured that Ms. Dawson was going as a Voto Latino rep. The fact is, some Latinos, particularly Cubans in FL, still will go w/GOP. Out here in California, they are solidly Demo dating back to Prop. 187.

@wayward: Typical man! lol

@soigne: hi there :-) I have heard more than a few times that the Spanish lean Rep. in many places...it makes me sad :-(

Rosario is one of my favorite actresses and I'm glad she's out there encouraging people from both sides of the political spectrum to be part of the democratic process of voting.

At least she's not sitting around counting her money--you're right
